The ideal solutions for the combat resilience design consist of three conflicts: 1) The repair time is short, the repair method of battlefield equipment is mainly changing parts repair; 2) there exists great conflict between Simple repair conditions and good condition after the restoration; 3) it brings difficulties and obstacles for equipment’s combat resilience that fast equipment’s renewal speed, insufficiency security personnel’s ability and deficient combat resilience materials and battle damage assessment.
Dielectric materials filled between array components have small dielectric constant, certain strength and temperature stability to ensure the array element spacing, improve the intensity and the rigidity of the antenna array, so that antenna array is stable and reliable.
It can realize engineering application, by new materials, new devices and new process, following the principle of integration design.

Experimental material, testing and methods.
Experimental materials are two ultra high strength steels: DP1000 and 1400M grade with ferritic-martensitic and bainitic-martensitic microstructure, respectively; usually used for automotive application as a crashworthiness parts, B-pillar, bumper beam, door reinforcement.
Table 2 presents measured strain values during the test and compares methods and materials each other.

Ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer co-extruded barrier layer films, polyvinylidene chloride coated films [2] and polypropylene film [3] have traditionally been the primary materials used to produce food packaging.
Materials and Methods The material examined in this work is a laminate of annealed aluminium alloy EN AW 8079 with a thickness of 37 μm, commonly used to produce lids for sealing yogurt cups.
The latter is about four times higher than the value of impedance measured for bare material (equal to approximately 5.6x105 Ώcm2).

Intelligent direction of integratability, configurability, adaptability, extensibility and reliability are the developing trends of MES[2,3,4,5,6]. Ⅱ.Tungsten powder processing flow The general production raw material for Tungsten powder processing enterprise(huamao company as example)is Ammonium ParatungState(APT), Tungsten powder processing flow is presented in Figure 1.The fine tungsten oxide can be effectively obtained by calcinations of APT and tungsten powder can be obtained through reducing furnace with hydrogen, After join carbon black, carbonization tungsten powder is formed by carbonization in the carbide furnace.
Products of tungsten oxide and tungsten powder are raw materials of the follow-up process in Figure 1,but also can be sold as product in the same time.
There are some following several difficulties for manufacturing execution management of tungsten powder processing enterprise. 1)Machine capacity of each craft phase has big difference, various Raw materials and finished products, so the processing flow is more complex; 2)Product processing with the characteristic of various small batch, various types and specifications, so planning and scheduling is more difficult; 3)Intermediate products are not only as raw materials of the follow-up process, but also as product for sale, it is important to maintain not only delivery date and quantity with the minimum interim stock, but also optimization and integration of orders in each phases, it is a complex multi-objective scheduling optimization problems. 4) There are not only chemical and physical changes, but also discrete and continuous process flows for tungsten powder processing.

At present, the materials of cutting tools, drawing die tools, sliding bearings and many kinds of wear resistant components are mostly cemented carbide (WC-Co).
Drawing wire materials Al-0 and Cu-1 are used as sliding against tools.
This can save more raw materials when the nanocrystalline diamond composite film is used to the drawing die field.

The process is carried out in batch throughput based on 120 kg of mangosteen pericarp/papaya leaf as key raw materials (abbreviated as MP).
SUT is time taken before a unit procedure could begin such as time needed to prepare the raw materials and setting up the equipment to its ready mode.
Ferment all materials mixture (FERMENT-1) SUT= 30 min PT= 3 months (2161.78 h) ST= begins after CHARGE-3 completes Time taken for homogenous mixing of all ingredients.
The scheme 1 process included raw materials pre-treatment, packaging and storage sections as shown in Figure 3.
