Beams made from materials with different thermal expansion coefficients (TEС) have heated and bend due to stress moments directed away from the neutral axis of the bending beam.
Beam consists of two or more materials with different thermal linear expansion factor (α) is bending by heating at ΔTa.
Bimetallic thermostat theory [8] describes thermo-mechanical behavior of composite MEMS beams, consisting of two materials [9], [10].
To achieve the best project among other issues micro-mirror designers must be updated with areas related to the materials and technological processes work.

The core materials are used to fabricate lightweight and stiff sandwich structures core [1].
Experimental Procedure Materials.
Measurements are used primarily to determine the composition of materials and to predict their thermal stability at temperatures up to 1000°C.
Generally, lignocellulosic materials decompose thermochemically between 150 and 350°C, cellulose between 275 and 350°C, and lignin between 250 and 500°C.

TI6AL4V is a kind of hard-machining material, which has bad thermal conductivity, good chemical reactivity, little elastic modulus, great friction coefficient, severe work hardening, short cutter life, low machining efficiency and poor machining surface quality.
But, from the point of machinability, TI6AL4V is a kind of hard-machining material.

Titanium is a metal material which has many excellent properties; it has been widely used in many fields.
The defects said are reduced rapidly and quickly, which is illustrated in 800# specimen in Fig.3a and 240# specimen in Fig.3b, resulting from the material removal because of abrasive grains involved.

According to its characteristics of working conditions, grinding ball’s material should be considered comprehensively as the following requirements: 1) To be sure that grinding ball must have longer service life, its material should have higher anti-wear property, namely it must have higher hardness; 2) During the ball grinding rotates, grinding balls fall down and directly impact on the other grinding balls, while they rise to a certain height along with the materials.
Grinding balls’ materials spall eventually along with crack producing and constantly expanding.
The results of the study indicate that, among many materials of metamorphic treatment, rare earth ferrosilicon alloy is the most effective metamorphic agent.

Composite materials are mostly used in applications where stiffness-to-weight or strength-to-weight ratios are critical.
Introduction Nowadays trends in construction is to use lightweight and longlife materials, which makes FRP and sandwich composite materials to have a larger aplicability especially due to their strength and stiffness [1,2,3,4].
The shell is reinforced with longitudinal web stiffeners having various geometries and made out of various materials (composites, aluminum and steel).
