Introduction
Due to the ability to remove large amounts of heat with relatively small temperature differences, boiling is known to be a very efficient mode of heat transfer, and as such, it is employed in component cooling and in various energy conversion systems such as heat exchange, cryogenic fuel storage and transportation, electronic cooling, and material.

The PL peak located 3.31 eV is associated with NO, which is explained that it is exciton emission bound to neutral NO–acceptor because it is p-type material with a larger amount of doping N in ZnO.
