At present, there are many methods for improving the resolution of seismic data, such as the inverse Q filter (Yao, 2003; Wang,2002), the generalized S transform (Stockwell, 1996; Zhang,2010), HHT (Yang,2007), the spectrum anaplasty (Sun, 2000), and the spectrum whitening (Cheng,2000), where the inverse Q filter is a common and effective method.
