In analysis, the single crystal silicon was chosen and its material properties were obtained from reference [8], in which the Young’s modulus and Poisson ratio of single crystal silicon are 169 GPa and 0.27, respectively.

Pore water pressure variable trend (2) Pore water pressure variable trend The Fig.3 shows that the greater the vacuum pressure, the faster growth rate of soil negative pressure and the greater stable negative pressure; the smaller the vacuum pressure, the slowly the deformation rate and the shorter stable deformation duration; influenced by the soil pores, bubbles and soil consolidation state, the stable negative vacuum pressure is less than the number applied; different ratio of the vacuum pressure and vertical load may result in different soil deformation trend, although the total load is equal. 3 In-situ Observation Test 3.1 Project profile The project located in Pearl River Delta Region; the in-situ drilling material reveals that the sediment types in the areas include sandy soil (medium sand, fine sand and silt) and clayey soil (mud, muddy clay and clayey silt).

The geometrical model built in inventor is leaded into the FEM software of ANSYS, and the material parameter of the parts is defined as Q235, and the modulus of elasticity, the value of Poisson's ratio and the density are set to, 0.274, respectively.
