Essentially the development of the LED optical power is the progress of its underlay, materials and fluorescent stuff, so that the scientific workers have kept seeking for the crystal material with top transparency, high-temperature resistance and best crystal-plane orientation as the epitaxial grow surface of the LED optical power, fortunately it is found that taking the alumina sapphire as the substrate can completely meet the needs of the LED optical power.
Anyway, the above mentioned methods probably lead to some problems such as: difficulty to control the purity, top cost for manufacturing the high-purity alumina of over 99.999% because of more reaction materials, complicated intermediate, long technical process and unstable technical process.
Compared with the traditional methods, the distinguished advantages of the way are of low cost, simple techniques, easily controlling the purity and no pollution, especial for the preparation of over 99.999% high-purity synthetic crystal raw materials.

Materials and Methodology The spray pyrolysis technique is basically a chemical deposition technique in which solutions of the desired material are sprayed onto a preheated substrate.
Results and discussion: II-VI Chalcogenide semiconductor materials show the structural duality and can be formed as either sphalerite (cubic) or wurtzite (hexagonal) type [16].

Dunne et al [3] also applied one-parameter approach in studying the effects of second phase on the critical strain for DRX initiation based on finite element deformation calculation of two-phase materials.
Experimental procedure The material used in this study was the Ni-Fe-based Alloy 718 of 5.4 wt.% Nb+Ta.

Introduction Basic fracture mechanics theories have been available since several decades, but most of them were only applicable to homogeneous brittle materials (e.g. glass) or to homogeneous brittle-ductile materials (metals).

The result is identical with linear elastic fracture mechanics of brittle materials and the compressive strength is 1120 MPa and the elastic modulus is .
Material of tool tip and uncut material are both affected.
It can be observed from Fig. 2(c) that there are many micro-cracks accumulating and several long macro-cracks propagating into the front material and material interior.
