(3) Construction utilization With the development of social economy, rapid advancement of engineering construction placed more demands on new construction materials such as sediment.
In the Xiaokaihe irrigation district, 3 new material factories were built beside the desilting pool.
(2) With the development of sediment science and utilization technology, more and more attention has being paid to the sediment properties as natural resource.

When the depth of holes meet the design need, the building materials are filled in the hole and compacted by column-hammer from the bottom of hole to the ground.
Finally, the pile and soil work together and form the composite foundation [1].The building material of made-up pile is mainly the building waste or lime sandy clay mixture.

Materials and methods Plant material Seeds were collected from 6~7 year old S. pohuashanensis trees cultivated at Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden in Harbin.
The bags were designed with two different sides, one kraft paper (for ventilation), and the other a transparent polyethylene material (light transparent).
