Compared with traditional deterministic structural static analysis, it is more practical that strength reliability analyses for bus body frames involving uncertainties in material and in geometrical parameters.
Because bus frame assembles are manufactured of a material with a linear elastic, reliability analysis for bus body frames can be classificatory performed [5].
During the frame reliability analysis, the basic random variable is as follows: (3) where Yj(j=1,2,…,n1) consists of yield stresses S1 of various materials, elastic modulus EX, lumped mass M, density DENS, geometry size of beams l and external loads {P}.

An Amperometric Immunosensor for α-fetoprotein Based on Antibody Coated Nano ZrO2-Au-poly Lysine Composite Membrane Modified Electrode Yuanzhao Wu, Futao Hu, Ning Gan*, Jianguo Hou, Tianhua Li, Yuting Cao, Lei Zheng* Faculty of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering Ningbo University Ningbo 315211, China E-mail: gannging@nbu.edu.cn, nflab@163.com Keywords: Cyclic voltammetry (CV), zirconium dioxide nanoparticles, gold colloid, poly-Lysine (pLL), α-fetoprotein (AFP) Abstract.
Researchers have demonstrated that zirconia has a strong affinity for the phosphoric group and has been proved to be a fixed ideal material of biological molecules [10-11].
By combining the advantages of the MWNTs-DNA material and ZrO2-Au-pLL-antiAFP nano probes, the immunosensor with excellent sensitivity and selectivity to AFP was prepared successfully.

Another example is for the type when the surrounding material has a much higher thermal conductivity than the studied material.
In this case, the surrounding material imposes the boundary temperature.

Gear material is steel and the module is 2.1e+011N/m^2, what is more, the ratio of Poisson is 0.28NA.
First enter COSMOS/Works module, second select materials, and third applied materials to all, then from the library file to the selected materials, finally OK.
Absolutely it does not exceed the material's yield stress 2.914 x 103.
At the same time, it can be checked in the both tables of the selected material that the allowable stress is 478MP, so it is a reasonable design.
