Department of Chemistry, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology,

aE-mail: cheyal@techunix.technion.ac.il
Keywords: Muscovite, energetic heavy ions, ion tracks, track structure, SAXS, TEM, High resolution TEM.
However, the information presently available on the structure of as-created tracks is scarce.
Note that any significant compaction of the mica structure under the impact of the ion beam can be ruled out.
Track structure parameters and conclusions The four SAXS-derived sets of track structure parameters are presented in Table 1.
The structure of the tracks created by the 11.1 MeV/A U ions (see Table 1) does not match results of a previously reported experiment [9,10].

We study the oxide tunneling mechanisms of NH3 annealed 4H-SiC
trench MOSFET test structures and compare them to devices which received a NO POA.
Results and Discussion Fig. 1 shows the gate current characteristics for the studied test structures.
These samples show a similar tunneling behavior at different temperatures as is observed for the NH3 annealed structures (Fig. 4).

Abstract.
These membrane assemblies were studied using FT-IR spectroscopy, UV- Vis spectroscopy, and X-Ray diffraction analysis which highlighted the structure–composition dependence.
However, higher water content may result into the phenomenon known as water flooding in the porous electrode structures which may impede the reactants transport.
There is no need to change the fuel cell structure and relatively good performance can be achieved, which makes it applicable for portable or low power applications.
If theirs mechanical and thermal properties can be improved by structural/ structuring modification, the conductivity can be increased by in-situ doping [21-23].

Abstract.
Adherent, compact cobalt and lead electrodeposits with a fine-grained structure were obtained in the studied systems.
It can be seen from Fig. 3 that cobalt coating obtained from 0.025 M∙ perchloric acid solution at moderate current density has a fine-grained structure.

All results showed that the photodegradation process of bristles algae liquid can cause changes of the CDOM in the structure and content, easier to produce small molecules and weak aromatic CDOM.
Qian also found that type of B protein fluorescence enhancement during the study on water bodies of DOM degradation in the White Horse River [6].This phenomenon should be relative to the reduced role of solvent or other solutes molecules and enhanced fluorescence emission intensity after big molecules broken down into small organic molecules and the molecular structure rearrangement.

Abstract.
In this paper, two different designs of interface modification were developed; molecular entanglement and chemical reaction using three variants surfactants such as ethanolamine, Jeffamine M2070 and Jeffamine XTJ502, with further investigation of structure-property relationship of epoxy/clay nanocomposites.
The exfoliated clay in general is always preferred since it holds the key for better performance compared to the intercalated structures [7].
This will also includes discussion on relationship between the structures and final properties of the epoxy/clay nanocomposites.

This present work studies local structure of CuPc/TiO2 nanocomposite using Raman
Spectroscopy in conjunction with X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) in extended region
(EXAFS).
The EXAFS is used for investigating local structure of molecule or group of atoms.
The local structure will be evaluated from core atoms, which absorbed X-rays, to the first and the next shell.
From the fitting results of EXAFS, the local structure of CuPc nanopowder is in alpha phase. The structure and values of interatomic distances are shown in Fig 4a.

However, it is challenge to synthesize NiO with hierarchical structures.
The results showed the flowerlike NiO had mesoporous structure and higher specific surface area.
From Figure 3A, it is found that the spherical structures dominated in the full image.
Closer observations are shown in Figure 3B,C, which express the detailed structures of these spherical morphologies.
