Quality control for THg and MeHg determinations was addressed through testing of blind duplicates and certified reference materials. 10% of all the water samples had been duplicates.

Methods and Materials
Materials and Apparatus.
All plant materials were collected from the dominant plants on lead-zinc tailings of Huize, and tailings soil were collected from lead-zinc tailings (the old tailings have been accumulated for 12 years and new tailings have been accumulated for 5 years), tailings soils were dried naturally and crushed for experiments.

A computer construction include more than 700 kinds of chemical raw materials, and more than half of them contain substances harmful to human body.
Although we can't entirely transfer from material economy out, but if quite share of the growth of the national economy transfer to immaterial economy, the contradiction between economic growth and environment will alleviate greatly.
Sulfuric acid corrosion off worthless material while leaving precious metals, and the cadmium, chromium, mercury, arsenic and waste acid liquid...quantity of those harmful substances discharged into the river, into the ground12.
Especially, the United States' new communications electronic equipment recycling regulations, put forward higher requirements to harmless design, harmless raw material supply and production technology of the electrical and electronic products.

Introduction
In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, the main goal of aluminium electrolysis enterprise is to maintain the material and energy balance of electrolytic pot, improve current efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.
It leads to the material balance and energy balance of electrolytic pot change constantly.
Experiment shows that, SPC can ensure the stability of aluminium electrolysis pot process parameters, keep the material balance and energy balance, improve current efficiency, and reduce the energy consumption.
