Results show that the reduction in early strength is greater with the higher cement replacement level.
Result and Discussion GGBS Binary Concrete According to obtained data in Figure 1, it was observed that GGBS decreased the early strength of concrete with increasing GGBS content.
It is understood that the reduction in heat evolved is influenced bythe modification of cement mineral composition i.e.
It appears that the reduction in CEM I content reduces the hydration of C3S, which is responsible for the production of CSH at the early stages of hydration.
The results also show a greater reduction in early strength development with increasing binder levels.

For the titanium alloy, a slight reduction in the fatigue strength was found as in this case the microstructure and residual stress state of the surface layer was less beneficial.
The output signals for the cutting force are amplified and collected by a data acquisition system with the LabView® software.
The average reduction of the cutting force for a 500 W laser power is 42% for ap = 0.1 mm and only 9% for ap = 0.4 mm (Fig. 3).
The cutting force strongly decreases with the laser power (Fig. 4): an average reduction of 28% for the laser power of 500 W and 51% for 1000 W.
This slight reduction in the fatigue strength can be attributed to the new Crack initiation site Crack initiation site microstructure created and/or to the increase in the residual stresses.

Since one deals here with the acidic aqueous solution, on the basis of standard electrode potential data, possible electrode reactions in this case involve: a) proton reduction, at potentials below -0.4 V: H + + e = ½ H2 (I) b) water reduction, at potentials below –0.9 V H2O + e = ½ H2 + OH (II) c) water oxidation, at potentials above 1.1 V: H2O = ½ O2 + 2H + + 2e (III) The reaction (I), in slightly acidic solution such as 2.5 mM H2SO4, on platinum group metal electrodes, attains easily a diffusion limitation, and therefore it is used here as a test reaction to prove the fastness of electron-transfer step in proton reduction (instead of Tafel analysis, which may be insecure in the case of porous electrode materials [16].
Contrary to this, during cathodic polarization, Ni-GC shows a monotonous rise of current toward the potential region of water reduction, and since the proton reduction does not reach diffusion limitations in the region –0.6 to –0.9 V, electron transfer step is obviously slow.
Compared to Vulcan, Ni-GC exhibits an obvious superiority in the water reduction region, which overruns the possible effect of difference in specific surfaces, and indicates the effect of incorporated nickel.
Compared to Vulcan, Ni-GC shows advantage in water reduction region, which is attributed to the effect of incorporated nickel.
Slight surface platinization enables both investigated carbon materials to show diffusion limitation of acidic proton reduction in 2.5 mM H2SO4 solution, with certain superiority of Ni-GC.

The surface area was calculated using the BET method based on adsorption data in the partial pressure (P/P0) range (0.05-0.2).
Due to accompany the DO reduction by ZVI with the degradation of contaminant [6, 7], the process of deoxygenization can be assumed to be the degradation of infinitesimal contaminant with modified sponge iron.
Linear regression performed based on the data shown in Fig. 6 resulted in the following values: Ea = 27.67kJ mol-1, A = 51.66mgL-1h-1 and r2 = 0.9832.
The processes of modified sponge iron deoxygenization are composed of DO adsorption and DO reduction.
The copper content affected the rate of DO reduction which is reaction control.

Analysis of section equivalent strain results in each pass of shaped blank cogging Numerical simulation to five-channel of Blooming by the finite element DEFORM, equivalentrain data of each pass has been extracted through postprocessor and section equivalent strain nephogram of each pass of Blooming has been shown in figure 3.
The flange reduction is smaller.
The reduction of waist and flange is smaller and the value is about 0.147and 0.213.
From figure can be known that, waist strain is maximum in first pass of figure 3(a) and in second pass of figure 3(b) and the value is 0.466 and 0.883 respectively.Because waist reduction in the first pass C hole roll is maximum, the strain is maximum.

In the smart grids environment, the demand-side response is able to leverage the real-time interaction features between power system and users, relying on the accurate data to guide the users’ rational use of electricity, thus realizing the optimal allocation of power system resources.
In accordance with the empirical data, assume the users’ price elasticity of demand is shown in table 1: Table 1 Users’ price elasticity of demand valley flat peak valley -0.1 0.01 0.012 flat 0.01 -0.1 0.016 peak 0.012 0.016 -0.1 TOU impact on the load curve.
The reduction amplitude between peak and valley is outstanding, which the load shifting effect is obvious.
In addition, in order to prevent the unreasonable load reductions that users access to obtain the incentive reward, the system operators (Power grid company) can set a load limit for specifying the minimum load for the users in normal circumstance.

Introduction At present, the development of low carbon economy already became the the inevitable course for the word to realize sustainable development of green GDP , our government also timely put forward to implement energy conservation and emissions reduction to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society [1].
China, however, in the process of rapid economic development ,is facing greater pressure to reduce emissions, especially, the acceleration of urbanization process highlight the high energy consumption problem of traditional architecture in our country .Based on low carbon economy development goals, construction industry of China need to lay down low carbon construction standard, ang in the process of real estate development ,construction industry is also required to completes the energy conservation and emissions reduction, and to reduce carbon emissions in the process of building operation.
Data sources:The Energy Information Administration (EIA),International Energy Outlook 2005 ( IEO2005) The figure shows that China's carbon intensity is declining year by year, fell by an annual rate of 2.1% between 2002 and 2025, which higher than the developed countries, but because the scale of economy in our country increases year by year as well as the coal dominated energy structure, carbon dioxide emissions in China showed a trend of rapid growth (grew by an average of 2. 6%),which will reach 8.145 billion tons, and it will be more than the United States in 2020,when we will become the world's largest co2 emitter .In addition, with the improvement of people's living standard, China's average daily energy consumption is also showing a rapid upward trend, as shown in figure 3.
Data source: China statistical yearbook The pressure of the high energy consumption Along with the high speed economy development in our country, although each GDP energy consumption of the quantity is decreased, but the total energy consumption and the total carbon dioxide emissions remain high, and showed a trend of increasing year by year, therefore, high energy consumption has already become the important obstacle of our economic stability and implementation of low carbon economy.starting in 2005, the growth trend of energy consumption of ten thousand GDP in China should be slow, but, there is still a gap with the world level, and industrial processes and products energy consumption is also higher than the international leading level about 30% on average, therefore, in order to ensure the sustained, high-speed and steady economic development in our country, it is necessary to carry out low carbon economy.
Expand economic policy support To develop low carbon economy, countries need to actively implement certain encouragement to enterprise who implement low carbon building, such as reduction of taxes, subsidies and policy support. At the beginning of the low carbon technology popularization, the production technology is not yet mature, its production costs are higher than some other production materials on the market, which often leads companies in choosing a lower-cost production materials.

We focus here on the behavior of the average radial EMD, which is found to show an increase in the low-momentum range (<0.6 a.u.) and a reduction in the high-momentum range (>1.6 a.u.)
In addition, the data indicate that the changes observed in the low- and high-momentum regions for the quantum dots in comparison with bulk annihilation spectra can be systematically explored.
The arrows indicate the systematic broadening above the Jones zone momentum (~0.8 a.u.) and the reduction in the high-momentum range (see also Fig. 2).
Discussion: The present high-statistics 2D-ACAR data show a clear deviation of the quantum dot EMD (for all sizes) from the measured bulk spectrum.
Secondly, an increase of EMD at low momenta with a concomitant reduction at high momenta could result from a weak localization of the positron at Cd vacancies.
