Experimental Investigations
The most widely used materials for cooling electronic devices with high power are silicon, copper,
diamond and so on.
The first advantage of this machining method is economizing materials, that is to say, there is no waste of materials throughout the whole machining process of micro-grooves, but undergoing plastic deformation after complex plastic flow under the influence of the pressure of multi-tooth tool and spinning balls, the materials on the inner surface finally forms the micro grooves.
Therefore the potential plasticity of metal materials can be fully exerted.

(3) The suspended solid content also fluctuated greatly, and some materials in the water caused bad performance in the coagulation of the lime treatment and high turbidity of the product water (sometimes higher than that of the feed water, and this case occurred in every season).
Generally, the solid materials on the diaphragms are visible, and in a few cases, the diaphragms are pierced by suspended solid particles, which shows that suspended solids, colloids, and other SDI-related materials are not effectively removed from the reclaimed water after the lime treatment and high-efficiency filtering.
In particular, when the content of the suspended materials is high, the product water flux of HERO drops significantly.
After the adjustment was performed, sufficient concentrated water flux is guaranteed, and the deposition rate of the contaminants on the membrane surface is effectively lowered (especially when high suspended material content resulting from the fluctuations of the reclaimed water occurred).

The non-linear finite element models are established for concrete-filled steel square tubular column and reduced steel beam with holes in flange or in flange and web, considering geometric large deformation and material nonlinear.
The finite element program ANSYS7.1 considering the material non-linear and geometry large deformation was used to simulate joints.
