The material parameters of the multi-functional box are as follows: Table 1 Material properties of the multifunctional structure Materials T-300 C -C Polyimide Epoxyresin Density (Kg/m3) 1550 1800 1600 Specific heat (J/kg·K) 1707 2000 1800 Thermal conductivity (W/m·K) 0.95 100 0.25 10 The multi-function box structure mainly depending on the cooling of the substrate of the fin structure was identified at the beginning of the design.
The materials were chosen mainly taking into account both thermal performance and to meet the requirements of structural strength and the natural frequency of vibration.
The external packaging materials of the MCM chips are epoxyresin.

This semi-enclosed forming process makes material utilization from normal open-cycle die forging 25~70% increase to 50~85%; Make blank "local stress and deformation", deformation to compressive stress in three metal state, be helpful for improving the plasticity, and deformation materials can eliminate material defects such as osteoporosis.
Blank materials brand AISI-4140 [20-1200 ℃], young's modulus Y = 29987.1 MPa; Poisson's ratio = 0.3.
Material is just (stick) plastic flow stress model: Where: -an equivalent strain; -an equivalent strain rate; T-deformation temperature.

INTRODUCTION
Barium titanate, BaTiO3 has been widely known as an attractive material in the optical field.
Previous research has always used MgO as a substrate since the surface energies of both materials match, which are not favorable at all for silicon, but it can be deposited if there is a thin intervening layer of silicon dioxide [6].
Hence, in this work the designated waveguide is deposited using SiO2 substrate as a bulk material.
The lower magnifications at 30,000x shows the deposited material are spread unevenly for the 5 layer film.

Abstract.
Introduction Because of its light weight, good anti-corrosion and good tensile properties, aluminum alloys has become a preferred material in the manufacture of high-speed train [1].
In the high-speed train running process, we found that corrosion will appear in some aluminum alloy body, different parts of different materials have different corrosion degree.
Experimental procedure The experiment according to GB/T 7998-2005: selecting 6005, 6082 base material as the experimental material.

Introduction
Metal-bonded diamond composites are common materials for the machining of natural stone, in
which case the properties of the metal matrix as well as the bonding between diamonds and metal
matrix are crucial in determining the performance of the diamond composites in machining.

Among those innovative Asian countries, China is still the most competitive countries with relatively abundant workforce, young talents full of creativity, low labor cost, cheap materials, preferential energy cost and relevant favorable economic policies.
China has proposed new ideas relevant to reindustrialization, low-carbon economy and the smart planet, and invested more in science and technology, trying to gain competitiveness in those emerging industries involving new energy, new materials, aerospace, electronic information, ecological protection and life science.
China should also make more scientific and technological breakthroughs in fields relevant to the microelectronic and optoelectronic devices and components, new function materials, high performance structural materials, and Nano materials and devices, so as to set up a green smart manufacturing system with new materials at the world’s leading level in a short time.

Introduction
Plastic is one of the most commonly employed materials by humankind, and it has a wide range of applications, both in daily life and in business [1–3].
The dust samples were sieved using a 4 mm mesh stainless steel sieve to separate larger debris such as stones and other biological materials.
Previous research revealed that roughly 8% of synthetic rubber materials from total microplastics might be identified in Norway owing to brake wear [28].
