Abstract.
Fundamental characteristic of low-carbon ecology community Low carbon is the important condition and spiritual prop which the city can develop continuously, and low carbon is residents' ethical criterion even more, which depends on progress and the innovation of science and technology.
Low-carbon ecological community construction covers both material respect and management system, legal system, encouragement function of the economic system.
Second, it can save land, carrying on a principle of reduce, reuses, recycles energy and material.

Besides ,The material filled in the space between thimble and borehole has anchor-hold which may decrease the shearing deformation .In order to realize the goal of economizing excavating cost and coal-gasses plucking ,the design about surface borehole should be optimized ulteriorly based on the information from borehole in using in coal mine .

Traditional value chain is a process of converting raw materials into the final product, and all the activities constituting the value chain center on production activities.
Midstream is a process of converting raw material into finished products, which mainly includes processing, assembling, purchasing, logistics, quality inspection and other activities.

Introduction With the development of surveying and mapping science and technology and related technologies, the future study of the region quasi-geoid will be the decimeter -level, centimeter-level accuracy and high-resolution geoid surface ,which will be have a huge influence on surveying and mapping science and technology and will also play a positive role in promoting the Geoscience research related to it[1] .Many scientists have done a lot of research in this area, and many countries or regions have already introduced a new generation of high accuracy and resolution (quasi) geoid, Such as,European quasi-geoid EGG97,Colombian GEOCOL99, Austrian GEOID2000, Australian AUSGeoid98, Switzerland's CHGEO98 and Chinese new generation of quasi-geoid CQG2000 and so on[2].
At present, the way to determine the region is to use the gravity anomaly value to solve boundary value problem through the Stokes problem and Moledens material problem [3].From the Stokes formula, we can see that we need to know all the gravity values on Earth , and we all know that this is not possible.

Abstract.
Associate professor Ma Li from Southwest University of Science and Technology developed a new radiation panel, using rectangular pipe welding, making pipes covered plate back, as shown in Figure 2.
Materials of New Radiation Panel New radiation is made by aluminum plate, since aluminum heat conduction coefficient is 237 W/(m.
Painting material of new radiation panel In order to decrease the condensation on the plate, the surface of radiation plate is covered with Nanoscale polymers(Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Wax)as hydrophone .This hydrophober is volatile, volatilizes quickly after sprayed on the surface, the compounds on the surface spontaneous reactions, last formed hydrophobic barrier film[5]; the “lotus principle” is fully used in the research, to increase the roughness of the object surface, so that the contact angle between the water drop with the radiation plate surface is enlarged, and the contact surface between the plate and the drop is small, then the steam can not condensate on the surface of the radiation plate. 4.

Conversion of the residual waste to a value material is quite a challenge.
The pretreatment is the necessary step to converse the lignocellulosic materials to be chemicals feedstock for bioethanol production, because it needs to eliminate lignin that binds the cellulose and collapses the crystalline structure of cellulose [2] .
Materials and methods 2.1 Material The sugarcane leaves were collected from Khon Kaen cultivation, Thailand, there were cut to be small pieces and then dried at 55 oC for 24 h.
