The simulation parameters were set as: the billet material was AISI-1045, the billet temperature was 1150, the die temperature was 300.
Statistics show that the material wastage of flash takes up about 30 percent of the forging in open die forging.
On the premise that the cavity is completely filled with material, the reduction of flash is of great significance for improving material utilization and reducing the product cost.

It meets the nano positioning accuracy requirements of piezoelectric staging .
1 Introduction
Piezoceramic actuator is widely applied in the field of precision positioning because of its large driving force, and its advantages of high resolution, high frequency response and compact structure, but because inherent hysteresis nonlinearity of these smart materials seriously restricte the control accuracy of the positioning system [1].Therefore, the correct description and elimination influence of the hysteresis nonlinearity becomes the focus of research.
This paper presents an online modeling method based on genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network, and improves the modeling accuracy of micro displacement staging. 2 Hysteresis nonlinearity of the micro displacement staging Hysteresis of piezoceramic materials is a kind of nonlinear corresponding relation between input voltage and the output displacement, its characteristic curve is as shown in Figure 1[2].

HAS is a high water-tolerant kind of soil consolidator, which is a new water-rigid gelled material produced from raw material containing industrial waste more than 80%.
As results, the solidified silt layer can be used as the filling material for road-construction engineering, which meets the design requirements.
