During thermal destruction of core materials the evolved gases differ by their molecular masses (in particular SiF4 and CO2), therefore, the results of thermal gravimetric analysis do not fully reflect the volumes of the evolved shielding gases.

Acquired material properties of the steel alloy allowed creating material characteristics and the fatigue strength curve, which were used in FEM calculations.
The Zgo fatigue strength necessary for the calculation of test parameters was evaluated from the experimental graph (Fig. 3) plotted for a diverse group of materials, starting from pure metals and ending in iron alloys and alloys of non-ferrous metals [8].

Especially, surface modification of the inorganic particles by coating them with polymeric materials leads to not only high electrostatic repulsion but also repulsion due to adsorbed polymer layers, known as steric repulsion.
To increase the surface interaction between TiO2 and PMMA, pretreatment of the inorganic material should be done[8-11].
Figure 3 represents the TGA diagram which shows thermal decomposition of the fabricated composite particles and contents of polymer in product materials, as measured under nitrogen purged.

Modeling and experimental procedures
Material and drilling process.
Thus, we believe that a suitable understanding of the drilling process and its outputs taking place during the drilling of this material may become less relevant considering the aim of present work on introducing the new approaches for modeling the drilling process.
