Introduction
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has been widely used as one of the membrane materials, well-known for its excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability.
The hydrophobic faces of membranes can become more hydrophilic through mixing the hydrophilic polymers or inorganic materials in PVDF dope solutions, grafting hydrophilic branches and depositing hydrophilic film on the base hydrophobic membranes, as reported by Ochoa et al. [13].
Domestic scientists have done a lot of researches about modification of PVDF membrane [14-18], which indicates that Graft Modification and blending of membrane materials are the main direction of future development of hydrophilic membrane.

Nowadays, several problems of the stainless steel have been reported, for instance, intergranular corrosion in welded materials [1] and atmospheric corrosion in Thailand environment [2].
The laser techniques are beneficial for the improvement of surface materials especially stainless steel.
The study pointed out that the grain refinement in fcc materials can also be caused by intersectional microstructure aligned in multiple directions due to the mechanical twins intersection.

Among those innovative Asian countries, China is still the most competitive countries with relatively abundant workforce, young talents full of creativity, low labor cost, cheap materials, preferential energy cost and relevant favorable economic policies.
China has proposed new ideas relevant to reindustrialization, low-carbon economy and the smart planet, and invested more in science and technology, trying to gain competitiveness in those emerging industries involving new energy, new materials, aerospace, electronic information, ecological protection and life science.
China should also make more scientific and technological breakthroughs in fields relevant to the microelectronic and optoelectronic devices and components, new function materials, high performance structural materials, and Nano materials and devices, so as to set up a green smart manufacturing system with new materials at the world’s leading level in a short time.

It should be noted that volcanic soils present varied characteristics, they are naturally mixed with other materials, depending on the climatic and topographic factor.
Problem soils have specific characteristics that are different from other materials.

Due to this property, the montmorillonite/alkylammonium complexes have found a wide application in paints, greases, cosmetics, drilling muds and other materials as thickening agents, and in the control of organic pollutants and synthesis of nanocomposites[1-2] .
Experimental Materials.
The raw materials were purified by sedimentation and Na+ exchanged by 4% Na2CO3.
The Na+ exchanged samples were used as starting materials for the preparation of montmorillonite/alkylammonium complexes.
