Nowadays, several problems of the stainless steel have been reported, for instance, intergranular corrosion in welded materials [1] and atmospheric corrosion in Thailand environment [2].
The laser techniques are beneficial for the improvement of surface materials especially stainless steel.
The study pointed out that the grain refinement in fcc materials can also be caused by intersectional microstructure aligned in multiple directions due to the mechanical twins intersection.

Generally, tests started at a high frequency at which, depending on the material thermal diffusivity, only surface defects are visible.

As seen
in the Figure 1, the shape of cross-section of weld zone is moved toward SS400 materials as the
whole as STS304 steel is melted.
It becomes the evidence that we have to select welding process parameter so that materials with lower heat transfer rate and heat expansion coefficient can be welded when we do dissimilar metal welding of each different property of materials.
Solidification takes place first in materials with high melting point and elements with lower melting point stayed in liquefied status until the temperature was lowered sufficiently and then began to solidify.
If we leave liquid solution not to be affected by solidification, then gravity of the two materials become the same to be overlapped and this overlapped mixture has lots of problems in actual use.

In recent years, Aachen University and University of Bremen of Germany have adopted high efficiency deep grinding to process such materials as 100Cr6 bearing steel, 40Cr titanium alloy and aluminum alloy, thus improving greatly processing efficiency.
At present, studies on 9SiCr alloy steel material at home and abroad are all focused on heat treatment.
On the condition that a certain amount of the material is removed, with the maximum un-deformed thickness decreasing, grinding grains and the material’s interference paths become longer.
Note: this project get foundation from the Science and Technology major projects MKW5230A/3*160 large precise CNC gantry rail grinder of "high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" (project number: 2011 zx04003-011).
