The CTOD value of base metal, heat affect zone and welded seam were obtained.
Mechanical properties were shown in Table 1.
The weld and HAZ (heat affect zone) were based on BS7448: Part 2:1991 [2].
(3) where, is the Poisson's ratio, is the yield strength, is the width of the specimen, is the original crack length, is the elastic modulus, is the curve values point corresponds to the plastic part of the clip-on extensometer displacement, is twiddle factor, value of 0.45, is the intensity factor, Z is a knife-edge thickness
At 20℃, CTOD values from high to the end are welded seam, heat affect zone, base material.

PLA and hemp fiber biocomposites have high mechanical properties, which allow reducing the amount of materials in the product.
Also, low-grade fiber composites show remarkable mechanical properties.
The hemp variety has no particular impact on the mechanical properties of the LLDPE composite, but the length of the fibers significantly affects them.
Secondly, PLA has excellent mechanical properties similar to polystyrene properties.
The arithmetic average estimates of the physical-mechanical properties of the biocomposite samples are summarized in the Table 2.

GX™ granules generally have a high resistance to mechanical degradation.
The quality of the formed product depends on a variety of operational factors in the production step [6], the most important of which are the moisture content (which increases the percentage of minus 2 mm particles and the rate of seed generation), the speed of rotation of the GX™ granulator, and the cooling air flow rate.
There are no automatic control mechanisms that can mitigate or eliminate the human factor.
Conclusion and recommendations The critical continuum pressure which granules can tolerate depends on size distribution, which affects critical breakage energy and bulk modulus.

The fiber type and thickness of the copper foil also affect the thrust force and torque.
This article examines the factors (drilling speed, feed, drill shape) affecting thrust force and torque during drilling PCB supported holes (3.2 mm in diameter).
Fig. 1 Schematic illustration of experimental system Results and Discussions The Influence of Drilling Parameters and Drill Geometry on Thrust Force PCB is difficult-to-cut laminate composite which consists of dielectric layer (epoxy-resin / glass fiber cloth) and high purity metal conductor (copper foil), and it is heterogeneous anisotropic material with different mechanical properties [1].

Experimental device Wrinkling Analysis The wrinkling analysis of the mini drawn parts was performed by simulation and experiment and considering different factors of influence like: part diameter, sheet thickness, punch edge radius, tool clearance.
One of main factors that lead to wrinkling occurrence and influence the wrinkles amplitude is the variation of sheet thickness on the drawn part wall.
In order to reduce the undesired effect of part wall wrinkling it is needed to control the variation of the following factors and parameters: sheet thickness variation that must be minimized, blankholder force that must be increased till a certain value, tool geometry that must have optimum clearances and punch edge radius.

The result have shown that the addition of POE and AT gave PP excellent mechanical properties of improved impact strength and comparable stiffness.
AT belongs to the family of phyllosilicates with a number of important properties, such as sorptive, rheological and catalytic properties [10-12].
Tensile properties were measured at room termperature at a cross-head speed of 50 mm·min -1 using an Instron testing machine 1121.
Result and Discussion Mechanical properties.
Premphet et al. [13] showed that two kinds of phase structure were formed; either a separate dispersion of the phases or encapsulation of the filler by elastomer, and the first factor affecting morphology was elastomer polarity.

Multi-rope hoist is a very complex system, a lot of factors affect rope tension, so it's difficult to collect all factors accurately and make quantitative measurements.
Wire rope is an important part of hoist system, many factors affect it, but there are five main factors that cause rope tension imbalance [6]: (1) Differences in the diameter of each drum groove. (2)Differences in the length of wire rope
After analyzing deeply the main factors which affect rope tension imbalance, we assume that mines in practical production only can adjust the diameter of drum groove and the length of wire rope.
And these two factors are also the direct causes which contribute to rope tension imbalance.
We can see from table 1 that, when we use this article method, we can get groove diameter properties, which provide a reliable basis for turning groove accurately and eliminating tension imbalance exhaustively.

The delamination was greatly affected by the crack rather than by the number of cycles [4].
It was believed that the change of the b/a could affect a major parameter to determine the delamination shape factor (fS) and the delamination growth rate (dAD/da).
The effect of three different delamination shape factors (fS1, fS2, fS3) on the behavior of the dAD/da was considered in Fig. 8.

Further, the film exhibits a novel high k value of 15.6, a leakage current density of 2.72 ´ 10-6 A/cm2 at 1 MV/cm, and good mechanical properties of Er ~ 12.61 GPa and H ~ 3.80 MPa.
Introduction As the feature size of device goes into the ultra-deep submicron regime, the parasitic resistance and capacitance coupling (RC delay) has become the key factor which affects the speed of integrated circuits.
The electrical, thermal and mechanical properties of the film were characterized, exhibiting a novel characteristic of high-k material.
Further, we measured the mechanical properties of the SiCOH film annealed at 350 oC.
The resulting SiCOH films annealed at 350oC in N2 ambient exhibit a novel high k value of 15.6, a leakage current density of 2.72 ´ 10-6 A/cm2 at 1 MV/cm, and good mechanical properties of Er ~ 12.61 GPa and H ~ 3.80 MPa.
