Abstract.
In the research done by Ju and Kim [2] and Faria et al. [3], numerous systems were proposed to control a robot or a wheelchair using head or face movement.
GVF Snake Kass and al. [15] have introduced the active contours or snakes.
Semi-Automatic Initialization of GVF Snake The initialization procedure of the snake was automated by a geometric shape (ellipsis) that corresponds in its shape to the region of interest (eyes, eyebrow and mouth), in order to solve the problem of choosing the number of initial snake points in the classical algorithm proposed by Kass et al, (see Fig. 1).

The chemical composition of WTS is mainly silica (Si), alumina (Al), and calcium (Ca), meaning it can be used in place of fine aggregate in the production of construction materials.
Therefore, using a material containing a large amount of CaO, Si, and Al causes the mortar to swell due to the increase in ettringite crystals and results in the deterioration of the mortar.

Kanada et al. [23] for instance
described a real application of the column type, which turned out to be very effective in controlling
both displacements and forces including uplift force of the foundation.

A useful analytical simulation of porous composite SOFC electrodes, which takes into account
electronic and ionic transport, mass transport within pores, and electrochemical reactions, has been
reported by Costamagna et al [18].
