Preparation of zinc anode The zinc anode materials were prepared by mixing Zinc(98%, Riedel-deHaen) and ZnO (99.9% , 50-150 nm, MK Impex Canada) respectively with N326 carbon black (Thai Carbon Black Public Co.Ltd.
The composite materials were then coated on the pre-cleaned Ni foams (110 ppi, INCO Advanced Technical Service Ltd.), dried at 70oC in an oven for 1 hr. and pressed at 500 psi.
The oblique lines due to ion diffusion in the composite materials, namely Warburg diffusion, were observed at low frequency.
At high frequency, the semicircles of the Zn/LaCoO3 and ZnO/LaCoO3 were related to the bulk and interfacial charge transfer resistances of the anode materials[9] and their semicircle diameters taken from the real axes, are larger compared to those of Zn and ZnO respectively.

Introduction In the past several decades, various compositions of Sn-Pb alloys have been used as the main coating materials to plate on Cu leads in electronic components.
Therefore, suitable Pb-free alloys have been developed to replace conventional Sn-Pb alloy for coating materials.
