This technique is widely used to modify the surface of various materials, due to
some remarkable advantages (such as low cost, easy formation and high uniformity).
Experimental procedure Ultrafine ZrO2 ceramic powder (d: 1-1.5µm) was used as raw materials.
Undoubtedly, it is necessary to optimize process condition for obtaining high-quality deposited materials and the appropriate deposition rate in the plating bath.

Introduction
Developments in polymer packaging materials play very important roles in the growth of the
microelectronics industry.
Polymeric materials have successfully replaced conventional packaging materials such as metals and ceramics for encapsulation of microelectronics devices thus helping to bring down the overall cost to make them competitive in the international market.

The new method for material samples with low thermal conductivity has outstanding advantages and potential applications.
China (NIM) established an accurate and reliable material spectral emissivity measurement facility [1, 2] to satisfy the demand from science and industry.
This heating method is applicable to materials emissivity measurement with good thermal conductivity properties. 2.4 The principle and application of the new heating method- hot airflow heating As mentioned, for the low thermal conductivity material samples ,if we still use the heating block method, the uncertainty of the tested material emissivity measurements caused by temperature measurement will increase。
Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that hot airflow heating method has outstanding advantages to the samples with low thermal conductivity, such as various thermal insulation materials, although the preliminary experimental program and the level obtained now are still needed to be improved further.

The lack of standards and reference materials related to
optical methods of strain measurement is tackled by the SPOTS project.
Working standards are used routinely to calibrate or check material measures, measuring instruments or reference materials.
Similarly, electrostrictive materials could be used to trace back strain values to the voltage normal using the voltage-strain relation.
