Introduction Aromatic polyimides are very attractive for their high mechanical strength, outstanding thermal stability and are widely used as plastics for a variety of applications such as automobile and aircraft parts, electronic packaging, films, adhesives, and matrix materials for composites [1, 2].
At present, almost all the related papers have focused on the synthesis of novel polyimide materials.
Experiment Materials: Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) with commercial purity (≥99.8 wt%) was purchased from Lonza-liyang Co., dried under reduced pressure at 150°C for 3h.

(9) Assuming t denotes the thickness of deformation area, the normal strain can be written as: (10) Based on the material mechanics, the normal stress can be written as: (11) The lumped contact forces and torques can be derived from distributed contact stress: (12) (13) Here, the approximately equivalent formulations is proposed to describe the distributed contact forces and contact deformations.

Fig.2 constrains and loads of the whole model Fig.3 pillar Loading of methodⅠ In accordance with the above loading mode the results of finite element analysis of the results were shown in table 1: Table 1 Main results confluence Maximum stress () Deformation to the maximum displacement X () Deformation to the maximum displacement Y () Deformation to the maximum displacement Z () Deformation of the overall maximum displacement () 3.49 3.98 0.961 1.173 4.078 The analysis results can be concluded as follows: (1) The maximum equivalent stress is much less than the limit strength of the material 300MPa (2) X displacement is the major factor to impact the overall displace, that is to say that static rigidity factor is the X maximum displacement. 3 The Choosing Shape Method Design on the Pillar Structure To large mechanical structure optimization problems, especially in large, complex spatial structure, its internal structures optimized iteratively is very difficult.

The first step is selecting right material and designing and making-up right model, the second step is laying sensors by the drawing of operating principle of electron control, then, designing the fault referring to code table for sensor and actuator, in order to reflect reality some code, not representing fault, was setting.
The product wants to get a high unification between science and art, in the development of modern industrial product; we are looking for the harmony, unification in person-machine-circumstance in order to get the satisfying effect in man-machine system, Fig.2 shows the size of experiment desk frame according to human physiology.
