Through experiment of the hard ball projectile hitting low carbon steel circular pipe vertically, Ref. [1, 2] had researched the influence of different size of ball on penetration and perforation for different thickness of circular tube and analyzed the residual deformation of materials close to the crater (hole) and perforation mechanism.
The Johnson-cook strength model and Grunsien state equation is adopted for the cylindrical shell, material take 4340 steel.

The Yunfu pyrite mine in Western Guangdong, the largest chemical origin materials, was the largest deposits of pyrite in Asia with the pyrite reserves of 2×108t.
Materials and Methods Samples collected.
The standard solution for Pb quantification was prepared by employing the same procedures as for field sample by dissolving a natural standard reference soil (GBW07406) acquired from the National research Center for Certified Reference Materials, China.

The finished product contains impurities (Fe, Ca, Al, Ti, etc.) in small amounts; however, it is still unknown for sure how impurities, contained in raw materials, behave and interact with each other and with silicon.
Charge for silicon smelting in OSF consists of silica-containing raw materials (quartzite from the Cheremshanskoye deposit), an integrated reductant (charcoal, petroleum coke, black coal), and wood chips added as disintegrant.

Manufacturing of medical implants constitutes always a challenge, regarding the constraints involved for these applications, e.g. need for suitable materials or appropriate dimensional tolerances.
Although knee replacement surgery is still nowadays a topic of high interest, both in medical science and engineering, the first knee implants were designed at the end of 19th century, such as the ivory artificial joint made by Gluck [6].
Similar designs with moving bearings were developed during the 1990s and the development of new materials as well as the experience from the use of older designs led to even more advanced knee implant such as B-P (Buechel-Pappas) Mark V [17].
As for the preferred materials for the implant, biocompatible, high strength materials should be used such as stainless steel e.g. 316L stainless steel, Co-Cr, titanium alloys, tantalum and zirconium or zirconium oxide.
