Introduction
We have made many experiments on photoluminescence about quantum wells material at low temperature (77K) [1].
The width of energy levels of ray radiation reflects the growth quality of material and has great influence on many optical instruments performance (i.e. quantum wells laser, quantum wells modulator).

One hundred fabric samples were analyzed in this study. 50 samples are 100% cotton sample and 50 samples are polyester/cotton sample.
