Steel materials, such as rolled H-shaped section steel and rectangular pipe are used mainly in factories, warehouses and offices, it is easy to handle them as reusable members because they are manufactured in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard [8, 9].
Materials of rolled H-section steel are a tensile strength of 400 N/mm2 which standard is rolled steel sections for general structure (SS400).
