Kimura et al. reported that the creep strength of 15Cr
ferritic steel could be improved by additions of tungsten and cobalt through precipitation-
strengthening effects of intermetallic compounds [5-8].
Toda et al. found that concentrations of carbon and nitrogen strongly affect the stability of microstructures in precipitation-strengthened 15Cr ferritic steel [9].

Chow[1] using the Laplace transform method, made study of the orthogonal dynamic response of laminated plates; Wang et al[2] applied the method of characteristics to the laminate in the symmetric orthogonal;Reddy[3, 4] based on Mindhn-Reissner plate theory, discussed the transient response problem without considering the damping of laminates, Mallikaruna et al[5] , Kang and their users [6], standing on higher order displacement model, gave transient response analysisof the symmetric and antisymmetric laminated plates .
In recent years, the research of laminated composite structure of the nonlinear mechanical characteristics has also been in progress. 1987[7], Nath Y at el respectively in detail have studied the the nonlinear dynamic response on Winkler and Pasternak's type elastic foundation orthotropic flat shell.

It is also reported by Azmina et al. that the CNT can be synthesized using olive, corn and sesame oil by TCVD method [35].
The latest finding by Suriani et al. shows that the waste materials from food industry that are the waste cooking palm oil [38, 39] and waste chicken fat [40] can be utilized as the carbon precursor to synthesis CNT by TCVD method.
