To appreciate its significance in the modern engineering arena and its potential for future science and technology, it is appropriate to capture some of the background facts which will help to underline this unique technology.
Material properties of both components were defined in the software as closely as it was possible according to their real constitutions.
In the last two decades, there have been numerous applications of modal analysis reported in literature covering wide areas of engineering, science and technology.

Many experimental methods have been devised to measure the temperature at the tool-chip contact surface: tool-chip thermocouple technique [2], embedded thermocouple technique [3], thin film sensor technique [4], infra red radiation measurement technique [5], and utilization of melting points of thermo-sensitive materials technique [6].
The main disadvantages of this method are concerned with the necessity for an accurate calibration of the tool and workpiece materials as a thermocouple pair.

Among the alternative gate dielectrics, Al2O3 is one of the most attractive materials for replacing SiO2 gate insulators, exhibiting a large dielectric constant (ε ~ 10), a large band gap (~ 6.2 eV), a good thermal stability and the highest conduction and valence band offsets, ∆Ec = 1.7 eV and ∆Ev =1.2 eV for 4H-SiC, compared to ZrO2 or HfO2 [4,5].

Introduction Recently, laser welding is broadly used in processes to improve productivity due to the possibility of welding various metals and the characteristics that can overcome traditional limits of welding.[1] When weld using laser beam, which is thermal sources of high density energy, it is possible to do welding with higher aspect ratio and Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) compared with other general welding because the processes of melting and consolidation take place in a short time.[2-3] Since cold rolled carbon steel was welded using Nd:YAG laser, materials and wavelength among laser process variables are predetermined.
This is because of the physical and chemical characteristics of the materials and its comparison is indicated in Fig. 4.
