The workpiece material is 45# steel with hardness of HRC50.The finished surface integrity was evaluated by surface morphology and roughness, and cross-section micro texture, surface hardness, residual stresses et al [4].
From the Fig.7, it can be induced that 5% abrasive concentration in micro hardness value is largest among three abrasive concentrations which may be resulted from its remove workpiece material effectively.

Experimental Setup and Material The laser used was a 4kW YAG laser.
And vapor/plasma is formed by weld material absorbing laser energy, then vaporizing and ionizing.
This mainly is related with thermal physical parameters of the weld materials (see in table1), such as for Ai-Li alloy, it has quite bigger thermometric conductivity and lower melting point than that of TC4.

In global economy, more than 95% energy, more than 80% industrial raw materials and above 70% agricultural production materials come from mineral resources.[1] In this sense, richness of mineral resources o f an area demonstrates potentials for economic development to certain degree.
In Qilianhe River coal nonferrous mineral resource area alone, the reserves for nickel and platinum have accounted for 61.8% and 57.0% of national reserves respectively.[2] In terms of chemical raw materials, the western area has strong advantage with China’s 97.1% potassium and 80.9% sodium salt reserves in the area.
Technical chain shall be formed by interfiling science, technology, design, production and construction.

Experimental materials and equipment This experiment used a new homemade purifying agent of granulated fly ash called Y-FMH.
The Y-FMH was made into the purifying agent after powder fly ash, binder, the pore forming material and other additive agents were mixed on a certain proportion, then cleaned, dried, granulated, etc., manufacture processes.

For cohesive materials (e.g. clays), it is possible to establish similitude in a normal gravitational environment (1-g) by reducing the undrained shear strength of the model soil [1].
Therefore, to develop a soil can consider all of the mechanical properties of soil materials , both in technology or the time and funding is currently not a reality.
Based on the above considerations, this study uses the actual filling as the analog material.
