Its basic thought is to introduce a hypothesis variable material with density value ranges from 0 to 1.
Meanwhile, non-interference and assembling parts have necessary material infusion.
The material of suspended bracket is investment casting steal ZGD410-700 and Table 2 shows material parameter.
For stress constraint, it is not allowed that maxim stress is bigger than material offset limit.

The size of aggregate model III is 16×4mm, which the long axis and the direction of the pressure model are Vertical. The stress of the material is in Table 1,and the stress cloud is shown in Figure 1.

In order to ensure stress response differences by graduation changes, we use the same material parameters, the same method to establish nine different random structure models, and apply 0.7MPa uniformly distributed load.

The migration of a grain boundary is kinetically coupled with that of other grain boundaries through triple junctions in polycrystalline materials.
Role of Constraint Imposed by Triple Junction in Grain Growth In polycrystalline materials, grain growth is driven by the grain boundary curvature.

By modifying the printer material handling and fluid system basic processability of the inorganic sand binder system (SBS) could be achieved.
In order to reach the desired mould material properties thermal processing during the printing process is necessary.
Specimen strength is characterised by the fracture stress σB3B in [N/mm²] which can be calculated from the measured fracture load FF and the specimen thickness t by the following equation [18]: (2) σB3B=f∙FFt2 Based on a numerical simulation with ceramic materials the fit factor f amounts to values between 1 and 3 depending on the material’s Poisson ratio [18].

Gas explosion effect on structure damage and control measures Fengge Li , Long Chen Architecture And Civil Engineering School, Inner Mongolia University Of Science And Technology, Baotou,014010,China Email: longchen0113@126.com Keywords: gas explosion, progressive collapse, control measures Abstract: Gas explosion is a kind of harm partial load by accident, it is the main cause continuity of the collapsed buildings.
However, in addition to the three aspects of prevention, (accident control design, design directly, design indirectly), we should also pay attention to the following aspects: 4.1 When design structure, we should consider material, decorate construction way, we should choose simple, rules, stiffness distribution uniform plane and choose with good properties structure of oppose explode., we less as far as possible should be used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame and precast slab with mixed structure.
