For the basis of the NASICON structure, researchers have substituted other elements to replace Zr, P or Si., the other research creates replacement materials to produce divalent and trivalent ions, such as Al3+ or Mg2+ [9].
The raw materials were ball-milled for 2 hours, dried at 80°C for 12 hours, then calcined in air at 1125°C for 12h with heating rate of 2°C.min-1.

Principle of a Thermoelectric Cooler Thermoelectric cooler work because of the Peltire effect, i.e., when a DC current passes through a cell made of a pair of n- and p-type semiconductor materials, one of the junctions will be cooled whilst the other is heated depending on the direction of the current..
The experimental model consists of a TEC module, simulated chip (heat source), heat sink, heat spreader, insulating material, and fixed plate (Fig.1).
The simulated chip is embedded in the vitrified micro bubbles insulating material.
