Materials and Methods Microcystis and Culture Conditions.
In this study, the test material was indigenous blue-green algae, which were taken from a Lake Taihu, China, during the bloom of algae in 2010.
The test material was cultured at 28±2℃ in the axenic BG-11 medium (table 1) at PH 7.0-7.2, under general electric cool white fluorescent lamps at an average intensity of 150μmol photons/m2/s with a 12-h photoperiod, manually agitated three to four times everyday.

Research on MEMS Phthalocyanine-Based Gas Sensor Liu Xin Department of Communication, Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology Harbin, Heilongjiang, China liu_xin1128@yahoo.com.cn Key words: MEMS; gas sensor; NO2 Abstract-A gas sensor based on MEMS (microelectro-machine system) has been developed to provide a sensitive means of detecting nitrogen dioxide.
Copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) is a macromolecule material,the resistance of which will change upon explosion to NO2.
So it is used as the sensitive material of NO2 [6].So far the detection of NO2 in practice has been carried out by using phthalocyanine thin film sensors based on MEMS.
The starting material was an N-type <100>-silicon wafer coated with silicon dioxide and nitride film on both sides.
