However, the usage of plastic is limited by its mechanical properties and production possibilities.
Although engineers try to improve its physical properties all the time, their properties are many times lower than those of metal.
These two principal factors are the sources of forming fascinating shishekebab structure patterns and well-developed banded spherulites (depending on the polymer molecular weight) that occurred in semi-crystalline polymers and which are characterized by the higher mechanical properties than structures generally formed in conventional injection moulded samples.
In the second step, the mechanical properties of moulded parts were studied by structural analyses in FEM Ansys/APDL numerical solver.
Its mechanical properties are as follows: - Tensile Modulus E = 3000 MPa, - Poisson's ratio µ = 0,4.

The v-K curves showed that the SCG susceptibility significantly affects the crack growth velocity of the different bioceramics.
The subcritical crack growth phenomenon is one of the paramount factors that determine the lifetime of ceramic dental restorations due to the humid oral environment.
Table 1 – Mechanical properties (KIc and Si – inert strength), SCG parameters (n, sf0, A and B) and stress intensity shape factor (Y) of tested dental ceramics.
This result also showed that the mechanical properties related to rapid fracture (KIc and inert strength) have limited effects on the SCG susceptibility, since Empress 2 presented relative high KIc and Si values (Table 1).
Therefore, for the development of new bioceramics for dental restorations, not only mechanical properties must be improved, but also they must have resistance against the strength degradation by SCG phenomenon.

All in all, the research on rock Rheological properties has a very important and practical significance on engineering, and it’s one of the hot and difficult problems in rock mechanics research.
In addition to the rock samples in strictly accordance with the International Society of Rock Mechanics (ISRM) test procedures to process, in order to prevent the moisture affects the rheological mechanical properties test results the processed rock samples should maintain the original and natural moisture content, and the test state is natural state.
The formulated and improved BP neural network can analyze the rock rheological constitutive model[7-8].朗显示对应的拉丁字符的拼音 The stage loading method was used in rock rheological mechanical properties test, which means that after applying a certain stress level, then observe the rheological deformation.
It can be seen from the figure that the network predicted values are very close to the experimental values when considering temperature influence, so it can reflect the nonlinear properties under stage loading very well.
The Improved BP neural network model through appropriate self-learning that can automatically grasp the complex rheological mechanical properties of rock and can reasonably reflect the nonlinear relationship of the rheological parameters, which provide another way to analyze and solve the long-term stability and security of rock engineering.

If a thermal process is applied to eliminate the cold work effect, once again the thermal process modifies the mechanical properties and makes to behave different from the original material
A wide variety of engineering materials are subjected to a large number of mechanical tests to measure their strength or other important properties of interest.
The use of a beam in a four-point bending configuration represents an attractive alternative to define the mechanical properties of the material and to identify the amount of previous loading history induced in a component.
From Figure 2b, it is possible to clearly indentify the amount of strain hardening and Bauschinger effect affecting a component.

The result is the parameters that take into account all the existing restrictive factors.
Therefore, when the cutting parameters are determined, it needs to consider all factors.
The factors that affect the cutting parameter selection constitute input parameters.
Finally, in terms of different types of machine tools, the factors that affect the cutting parameter selection are different, different selection processes are established for different machine tools.

(1) Impact-spread of the expressway accident “Exceeding speed limit” and “fatigue” are the main factors to leading to the expressway accident.
(2) Impact-spread of the urban road accident The road safety awareness of road users plays the most important role in factors which lead urban road accident.
Various factors arising road accident in recent years is shown in Figure 1, the reasons in the order are Drink driving, Fatigue driving, Speeding, Reverse driving, Illegal overtaking, Illegal Opposite driving, Illegal turns, Illegal carrying, Illegal parking, Illegal parking, Illegal U-turn, Illegal lane changes, Illegal lane and driving, Accidents, Pedestrian and non-motorized.
Fig. 1 Various factors arising road accident in recent years Forming of the Affection and Dissemination in Road Accident There are four main factors on impact-spread of road accident, which are people, vehicle, road and environment.
According to the statistics, 80% to 90% accidents occur in relation to the human factor.

Based on these factors accurately simulated, the state transformation is simulated by setting the value of the thermal strain changes with temperature.
As a result, the state of stress is changed by the mechanical operation for removing surface oxide and splashing.
Thermal physical properties and mechanical properties of the material parameters reference Eurocode 3 standard [6].
So it is assumed that the entire heat affected zone has the same phase transition process.
When the element temperature reaches the transition temperature range, the material of the element is replaced by the material whose properties is able to represent the phase transition process impending.

This article studied the influence of the caustic soda flakes (CSF) – phosphogypsum (Ard) activator on the properties and microstructure of hydration product generated by carbide slag(CS)-flyash(FA) system which used in high-grade highways pavement.
However, the pozzolanic reaction can occurs with the Ca (OH)2 in carbide slag to generate a stable calcium silicate hydrate and other hydration products at room temperature.Under curing for a time, the hydration products can achieve good mechanical properties and water stability.
In this paper,by study of the composition and properties of carbide slag-flyash system, found that the overall performance of the product can continue to improved, having the potential of used in high grade highway base.
Design of tests The main factors affecting the 7-day strength are the ratio of carbide slag to fly ash, the amount of activator and the ratio of caustic soda flakes to phosphogypsum.
The experimental design about the main factors are shown in the Table 1.
