The effect of carbon fiber fraction on the foam structure and mechanical property is studied in the present paper.
Introduction Metal foams, combining light weight with other unique mechanical and physical properties, have gained wide interest and been developing fast during past few decades.
In the present paper, the influences of fiber content on the mechanical property of aluminum foams are discussed.
The influence of fiber content on mechanical property of aluminum foams is shown in Fig. 3.
According to the theory established by Gibson and Ashby, for foams with same density, the strength of cell wall material and foam geometry are two main factors affect the strength of cellular materials.

The paper puts forward calculation method and influencing factors of coal wall stability ratio.
According to the pressure date comparison of Tiebei mine two coal faces, setting load is one of important factors inducing roof large area weighting.
The setting load value can affect the working face roof safety directly.
Figure .5 The analysis of shear failure of coal wall (1.7) where C=coal cohesion; =coal friction angle; S=shear stress; h=height of shear failure; q=concentrated load; α=angle between shear plane and coal wall; P=roof pressure; W=sip rock gravity; In Eq.1.7, ;;;,put theses equations into Eq.1.7: (1.8) According to Eq.1.8, coal wall stability coefficient is concerned with coal mechanical properties and concentrated load.
(4) The obeservation showes that low setting load is one of the important factors which cause working face roof cuting in large area.

Previous studies have proved that palm oil has lower mechanical and thermal properties that are not suitable to be used to replace polyester resin in the market [6].
This is due to the lower toughness properties, as graphite has hindered the movement of polymer chains; thus, the composites are unable to dissipate the external mechanical energy.

[4] Nonlinear Fitting of the Factors of Gear Variable paprameters of gear design is very many and also used to a variety of charts and graphs.
Programming these factors is very difficult, so the procedures of curves interpolation may be developed in BP neural network, and it is very convenient and effective.

The way a mortar is affected by these degradation factors is a function related to the mortar characteristics, and it depends on the type and properties of the cementing agents, on the aggregate, on the quantity of water of the kneaded one, on its permeability, on the capacity of water absorption for capillarity [5-6], on the water ingestion [7-8], and on the presence of additives and on cure conditions [9-10].
The carbonation changes the mortar microstructure, not only enhances the mechanical properties, but it also affects the porous structure and consequently the characteristics of the water transportation [14].
When designing material for determined applications, various factors must be taken into consideration.
The material has to acquire minimal physical and mechanical properties outlined in the construction existing regulations.

Only increasing structural size and improving material property are not efficient to prolong service life.
The valve box is made of 34CrNi3Mo, whose mechanical property are as follows: tensile strength σb=1050MPa, yield strength σs=850MPa and tangent modulus t=2*1010Pa.
When the time of loading, stabilizing and unloading are longer than 60s, different loading time affects hydraulic self-enhancement results hardly. 4)The optimal self-enhancement pressure is decided by the maximum working stress and Bauschinger Effect Factor.

The degree of twist or torque in the yarn affects the final fabric properties; twist liveliness, or residual torque of a twisted yarn, is the most prominent and fundamental factor contributing to fabric skewness and surface unevenness of denim fabric.
The technique proposed a yarn torque reduction device on the conventional ring spinning system, by which yarn structure is modified and yarn twist is reduced to a great extent, without affecting the strength.
In addition, the mechanical properties of denim fabric produced by this torque-free spinning technique are similar to conventional denim fabric.
The factors and levels used in the orthogonal analysis were shown in Table 2 and nine test runs were required as shown in Table 3 [5, 6].
The optimum condition for enzyme treatment on denim fabric could be obtained by means of the orthogonal analysis which provides a convenient way of determining the optimum condition and level of importance of different factors in a treatment process [7, 8].
