Abstract.
In the actual service process, reinforced cement-based systems suffer from various erosive conditions, the degradation mechanisms in reinforced cement-based systems due to the combined effects of stray current and environmental multi-factors have been a serious problem in civil engineering for many years.
We hope that it can give some reference proposals for the researchers and engineers.

Introduction
The pre-stressed steel strands are widely used in civil engineering field as tensioning components in order to ensure and bring a high mechanical strength and a long service life to the structures.
