Abstract.
According to the report of the geological survey and mechanical measuring of rock mass, the intact sandstone is assumed to be the Mohr-Coulomb material [9] and its properties are listed in Table 1.
In order to highlight the indentation process, the failure zones of the rock material under the simultaneous action of three cutters are zoomed in at selected iteration steps, as shown in Fig.3.

Abstract Ion Beam Figure (IBF) is believed to be one of the most effective technics that can fabricate lens with nano or even sub-nano accuracy.
The main reason might be the accuracy of the removal function, which is obtained by making one or several footprints in a lens with the same material; Another reason is the measurement error caused by the interferometer and the test environment; The third reason is the position error of the lens in measurement and fabrication.
