From the first studies, it has been observed that, to have a good ohmic contact, the nickel film must be annealed at least at 900-950°C in order to form nickel silicide (Ni2Si), which consumes a SiC layer by solid-state reaction, thus building up a good quality interface inside the material.

The air-spring isolators selected in this paper are the Φ580A air-springs from Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology CO.LTD.
The mass of the platform of the air-spring precision isolation system is 20.2t, and the air-springs selected are the Φ580A air-springs from Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology CO.LTD, whose effective diameter is 580mm, thus the effective working radius is 0.29m.
