Abstract.
During a liquidation of oil accidents it is necessary to take operatively immediate and progressive or organizational measures in the following order: 1. to avoid another uncontrollable spill of oil substances (for example through closing of valves, sealing of crackles, draining of oil substances from damaged tanks, etc.; 2. to implement measures against another spread of oil substances to a municipal surroundings or environment through prevention of their undesirable penetration into a sewerage system, shafts, wells, surface flows, etc., 3. to use special equipment in order to limit the spill of oil substances out of technological equipment through laying baffle walls on water surface and subsequent pumping into vessels, tanks or reservoirs; 4. to prevent spreading of oil substances through building up the soil walls, closing the ditches with sandbags, sealing of sewerage system, etc. ; 5. to use materials binding oil substances (absorbing oil substance, such as peat, wood
dust, dry sand, clay or special sorptive materials); 6. transport of caught substances for recyclation or environmentally friendly liquidation of oil substances from polluted soil.
The trainings check the cooperation with the following personnel: - Fire and Rescue Brigade of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic; - Employees of water management plants; - Other rescue and fire brigades established by the plants working with crude oil as primary raw material.

During the course of grinding, sharp edges on ceramic materials are prone to damage by chipping or flaking when diamond grinding wheel near the edge.
The sample is made of Al2O3, its material performance is E=300GPa, KIC=4.6MPa·m1/2, μ=0.20.
As a brittle material, the AE signal of engineering ceramics is a kind of sudden signal, and parameter analyzing method is often used to describe the acoustic emission response of edge chipping.
