Estimate the budgets of the 5 projects mentioned above by the estimation method based on chaotic post-processing SVM-PCA, the results are shown in Figure 3 It can be concluded from Figure 3 that by method based on chaotic post-processing SVM-PCA, items consuming huge amount of material are well predicated which could be guide of the following project.
