The analysis of factors affecting the state of the metal of pipelines of heating networks on the territory of hazardous production facilities is carried out, of which the effect of mechanical loads should be especially distinguished.
All these factors lead to deterioration of the mechanical properties of the metal as a result of aging; in addition, various stress concentrators can be present in the metal.
Despite the large number of operating conditions used in the design and strength calculations of main pipelines, all the factors of pipeline operation are often difficult to take into account, since in most cases the calculation results change significantly due to the simplification of the design schemes, inaccuracy of the initial information, changes in operating conditions, etc.

However, some machining factors affecting the quality of the finished surface in nano-metric cutting are yet to be investigated in detail.
The EAM potential has been very successful in modeling the elastic properties, defect formation energies and fracture mechanisms of various bulk metals [11].
Distribution of Dislocation The density of dislocation is a criterion of the deformation of the machined surface, which affects the mechanical and physical properties of the metal.

Low durability and compressive strength are the main factors that led to the development of different strategies of enhancement taking even under consideration the surroundings.
Nanoparticles can alter the properties of materials and improve the pore structure, which in turn affects their durability.
As advanced materials, nanoclays enhance the physical and mechanical properties, can reduce permeability and offer protection against environmental factors, such as chemicals, moisture and gases [34-36].
Apart from the physical properties tested, the mechanical properties of the samples were examined as well.

Finite element analysis for performance of cap seal rings in the Stirling engine piston rod Chang Jun1, a 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou city, Gansu province, China achangjun0931@163.com Keywords: Rod seal; cap seal structure; stress analysis; Finite Element Analysis.
Abstract: Cap sealing reciprocating seals are dry friction conditions, the paper separately from the main factor moving the cap seal sealing mechanism, wear mechanism, elastic modulus theoretical analysis of its sealing properties and tribological law.
Introduction Stirling engine as key components of plate type heat generators system, its performance directly affects the working efficiency of plate type heat power generation system.
Because the cap seal is under the condition of dry friction of reciprocating dynamic seal, so the factors for influence effects of cap seal is complex.
Summary This paper, using the finite element software ANSYS to analysis the cap sealing in the “installation” state and mechanical properties under medium pressure at working, studied the cap type sealing ring contact stress and the Von Mises stress regularities of distribution with the change of sealing medium pressure, It is possible tear failure location for sealing rings, O shaped rubber ring contact began form center, and along the top of the piston rod contact position, this conclusion in order to further improve the sealing performance of Stirling engine piston rod sealing device and, provides a way to predict sealing rings of tearing failure location.

While several factors can affect a lens biocompatibility, perhaps the most important is the wettability of the lens; therefore gas permeable lenses form a compromise between the hard and soft lenses.
In this method, the final power and shape of the finished lens is dependent on several factors.
All these factors contribute to the final lens geometry [3].
