Abstract.
While, the oversize wall thickness will cause a serious waste of materials.
Based on the analysis results, the following two suggestions have been proposed: 1) For the two-way cartridge valve in a long-term working condition under the extreme working pressure, the annular zone of the opening is proposed to be more thick, or the materials with better mechanical properties should be used for manufacturing it; 2) On the basis of meeting the performance requirements and the processing technology, the structure of the cavity of the valve cover should be improved appropriately to make its structure streamlined, and then to improve the stability of the liquid flow.
