The original design of the sulphur content in raw materials was 0.88%, while the sulphur content reached 2.46% in previous cycles, far beyond the design load.

Effusivity of three die materials investigated in our lab are reported on table 1.
This concept requires also very high reflective insulating materials in the upper cavity and low effusivity die materials, like the in house patented Fiber Reinforced Refractory Castables.
