Abstract.
The original design of the sulphur content in raw materials was 0.88%, while the sulphur content reached 2.46% in previous cycles, far beyond the design load.

This concept requires also very high reflective insulating materials in the upper cavity and low effusivity die materials, like the in house patented Fiber Reinforced Refractory Castables.

Introduction
The iron implantation is used for surface modification of metal materials, such as iron nitriding of steel, the pack case boriding of steel and boron-sulphurizing; this technique and its special properties have been applied widely in the mold industrial production.
