Evaluation of Optical Properties for Nanocrystal Si Dot Layers
Fabricated by CVD as a Function of Size Reduction
Y.
Introduction It is well known through previous study that crystal property is modified drastically with the crystal size reduction.
Moreover, the compressive stress induced by the SiO2 surroundings can be determined by the deviation of the peak shift between the raw data and the calculation.

Rc is volumetric current densities produced in cathode TPB due to O2 reduction by Butler - Volmer equations:
(29) is reference exchange current densities for O2 reduction at the reference concentrations and hc is cathode activation overpotenetials defined as:
, (A m-2) [14] 400 Reaction order for H2 oxidation, [14] 0.5 Reaction order for O2 reduction, [14] 0.5 Model Validation This work validated the results with an available experimental data by Barnett et al. [15].
For a conventional thin film SOFC, the optimal thickness of the electrode particles in a SOFC film for both anode and cathode sides should be 1370 nm with the optimal radius of cylindrical shaped particles of 4.34 nm.The model analysis shows the cell performance strongly depends on the electrode microstructure. The model-predicted results are validated with the experimental data found in the literature.
A good agreement is obtained between the predicted values and the measured data.

Damage is introduced in the structure as a reduction of elastic modulus in a specific element.
Therefore, represents the extent of stiffness reduction of the th element.
The sampling duration is 36.768s with a sampling rate of 1000Hz in order to have the responses damp down close to zero and the sampled data is long enough to have a power of two for FFT.
The two reconstructed responses match the true responses well and the relative errors in the first second response data of the sensors in the Second-set response vector defined in Eq. (13) are 0.05% and 0.14%, respectively
The response data from sensors in the Second-set within the first 0.5s is used for identification.

Furthermore, the impact on the thermal performance of a typical historic building was examined: the results of the numeric simulation tool were used as input data for energy evaluations based on a simple standard method for deriving energy certificates widely used in Austria [4].
The calculations were based on a climate data file for Vienna, Austria.
Input data for calculation of U-values and Ψ-values of the modeled scenarios (Note that negative Ψ-values were set to zero to avoid inconsistency in heating demand calculation).
VIG-EXT_impr scenario showed maximum reduction in all calculation cases (8.84 % of heating demand reduction in Case_1 building; 14.00 % in Case_3 building).

They are therefore really complex and need a lot of physical data.
Recently, for very small reductions (temper rolling), Krimpelstätter [13] suggested the importance of a hitherto neglected term in the roll elastic deformation, namely the tangential displacement.
This isothermal model should be precise and robust for a wide range of reduction, strip thickness, rolling speeds, lubricant viscosity etc.
They measured friction in the cold rolling process of aluminium strip at different reductions and oil temperatures.
The authors showed that µ depends firstly on film thickness / combined roughness ratio (H), and on strip thickness reduction.

When the transmission was in the highest position, the automobile's power performance and fuel economy was depends on the main reduction ratio.
As the development of engine power, reduce the vehicle quality and road conditions improve, main reduction ratio has little development trend.
The Basic Data of Drive Axle Design Design of the drive axle of the light bus: maximum engine torque was 162N.m; transmission gear transmission ratio of drive axle load was 4.452; total load was 22900N; the wheel radius was 800mm; track was 1900mm. 1- the main speed reducer 2- sleeve 3- differential 4, 7-half shaft 5- adjusting nut 6- adjusting shim 8- axle housing Figure 1.
Gear type main driver can be divided into single reducer, reducer, double speed reducer, single-stage, two-stage, penetrating through single or double reduction of wheel reducer.
The main reduction must ensure the main, driven gear meshing condition was good, to make them work well.

Further process-oriented constant amplitude tests were performed at selected stress amplitudes in LCF and HCF regimes, in which Ecorr and total strain εt responses were simultaneously recorded with a high data acquisition rate using a self-programmed software based on LabView from National Instruments.
Similar results were obtained for DieMag422 regarding the lifetime reduction in LCF regime.
The reduction of the fatigue lifetime in LCF regime can be attributed to an accelerated crack formation due to selective corrosive attack in areas with strain localizations, as a result of localized slipping [6].
Evaluation of Ecorr,a for f = 10 Hz shows a linear increase after an initial reduction, which corresponds to the initial cyclic hardening given by εa,p.
Equivalent to the LCF tests with AE42, initial reduction of Ecorr,m at f = 10 Hz (Fig. 6a) and absent reduction at f = 0.1 Hz (Fig. 6c) can be observed.

The surface area of the sample was measured by means of a Beishide 3H-2000 instrument, and was determined by applying the BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) model to nitrogen adsorption data obtained in the relative pressure range from 0.04 to 0.32.
The components of the gas after reduction were monitored by a thermal conductor detector (TCD).
Reduction-Oxidation and Acidic Properties of Catalyst.
The TPR experiment was carried out to observe the reduction-oxidation properties of the catalyst.
As shown in Fig. 3, there was a single major reduction peak at about 643 °C in the TPR profile.

Keywords: low-carbon cities; paper consumption; carbon dioxide; energy conservation and emission reduction.
According to the data in Table 1, in the past 10 years, with the improvement of economy and people’s living standard, China’s paper consumption has increased rapidly by double digits annually.
According to the data in Table 2, China's energy consumption per ton of paper and paperboard has dropped to 0.45 tons of standard coal in 2007 from 0.60 in 2000 due to the technology improvement (the top priority in reducing energy consumption in the past), and has reached world advanced level (0.5 tons of standard coal), which means there is little space for unit consumption to continue to decline.
If consumers could know more about that, and choose the relatively low-carbon paper, then they will also make some contribution to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.

After the reduction of converter slag and carbon at 1800℃, 62.7% of P in the slag went into the hot metal while 32.8% of P was gasified and removed Into the atmosphere.
In consideration of the loss of coke powder in the reduction process, the experiments plan to use about 2.5 times carbon equivalent, which means 12.25g coke / 100g steel slag.
Fig.3 Dackscattered electron image and elements distribution of slag Fig.4 Dackscattered electron image and elements distribution of slag In order to quantitatively study the distribution characteristics of P element in Slag micro-zone, the EDS analysis data of different micro-regions are summarized and analyzed.
