With the development of science and technology and the wide application of computer technology, the computer numerical simulation in welding process has become the hot spot of welding field research, in order to decrease the number of experimental times, to save experimental materials and to reduce manufacture cost in the practical welding production.
However, on account of the limit of experimental condition or measurement method, how to acquire thermal physical property parameters of materials at high temperature is always difficult though important during numerical simulation.
In the presentation, through testing or consulting the thermal physical property parameters of materials at room temperature, and in terms of the laws of thermodynamics, the thermal physical property parameters of materials at high temperature thus can be obtained through external derivation method. 2090 Al-Li alloy, the object of simulation analysis, its density equals to ρ=2680 Kg/m3, specific heat capacity C=1020 J/(Kg·ºC), coefficient of heat conductivity λ=95 W/(m·ºC), and the liquidus temperature 650 ºC.
