The diagram is shown in Fig.1: Oil Spill Simulation System Environmental Resource Database Oil Spill Data Gathering System Emergency Command Center Emergency Recycling & Processing System Fig. 1 Marine oil spill emergency response system frame diagram Once there is an oil spill accident, emergency command center gathers the physical, chemical materials of oil spill firstly, and to know the environmental sensitive area of this oil area, to gather real time and historical sea state, weather and hydrological data.
Physical method is applicable to a large amount of oil or oil emulsification, you can use mechanical equipment installed on emergency vessel to recycle oil, or using some absorbing materials; chemical method is applicable to a small amount of oil, the chemical agent includes dispersing agent, poly oil agent, fuel thickener, oil absorbent, etc; after preliminary oil recycling, under the condition of a small amount of oil, you can use biological method, but this method would take a long time.
It would absorb oil from water surface based on the flow characteristic of oil and oil-water mixture, the density difference of oil-water and materials’ absorbability to oil, oil-water mixture. 4) Oil absorption felt.

Shape memory alloys of nickel and titanium are one of the best materials for such nozzles[10].
Further improvements can be in the field of heat exchanger modules for their better positioning, experiments should be carried for better and inexpensive materials for variable area LPT guide vanes and nozzle, flow distortion in BLI may cause engine instability which should be improved upon.

The crystalline structure of material also contributes in improving the conductivity of TiO2 thin film.
In the amorphous material, surface to volume ratio of particles is very high and will produce lower electron mobility [11].
