Material composition of warp yarn Material composition of weft yarn End spacing [end/10cm] Filling density [filling/10cm] Total tightness[%] Texture 1 8.3tex/48f polyester FDY with three leaf irregular section 11.1tex/72f pp fiber with star section FDY 500T/m 640 310 80.4 tabby 2 640 310 80.4 1/2twill 3 640 270 78.8 2/2twill 4 640 290 79.6 2/2twill 5 640 310 80.4 2/2twill 6 640 330 81.2 2/2twill 7 640 350 81.9 2/2twill 8 640 310 80.4 3/1twill 9 640 310 80.4 5/2satin Sample weaving process went as follows: Warp: cheese single yarn sizing single yarn warping weaving Weft: cheese winding twisting rewinding Sample dyeing and finishing process went as follows: Grey cloth pretreatment pre-setting dyeing setting Moisture permeability testing Water vapour transmission rate is applied to represent the moisture permeability of fabric, which refers to the amount of water
Adopting the same fiber material and tightness, sample No.9 whose texture is 5/2 satin is the best one in moisture permeability among 5 relative samples, and then ranks sample No.8(1/3 twill), No.5(2/2 twill) and No.2(1/2twill) according to the quality of their moisture permeability.
Under the condition that all the samples adopt the same texture and are made up of the same fiber materials, the moisture permeability would decline with the increasing of fabric tightness.

As to the economy and reason, they mean that under the condition of the satisfaction with the engineering requirement, we should try to save materials and reduce the height of supporting structure so that to occupy smaller height-space in tower; But in engineering practice, it is difficult to satisfy all these requirements at the same time.
In this paper, the material of the truss is 316L with a allowable stress at 250℃ and the structure maximum deflection must be smaller than 8mm according to the process requirement. 1.top beam 2.supporting bracket 3.web member 4.lower beam Fig.1 The structure of truss supporting structure Parametric modeling.
The beam’s rigidity has a reverse relationship with the product of the material’s elastic modulus and sectional inertia moment.
Once the material of the beam is selected, we could improve the beam’s rigidity only by choosing a suitable section type.

The surface profiles, for example, after turning, grinding and superfinishing, have different values of material fraction, are different in sharpness profile and therefore have tendencies to formation of the cracks under load.
We must not forget also the savings of the material costs.

Statistically based approach was developed for the constitutive modeling of materials to provide links between defect induced mechanisms of structural relaxation, damage-failure transition and material responses in wide range of load intensities.
Original experimental data supported the assumption concerning the role of multiscale blow-up collective modes of defects on self-similar responses of materials in wide range of load intensity. 1.
Kinetic equations (Eq.2) and the equation for the total deformation ( is the component of the elastic compliance tensor) represent the constitutive equations of materials with mesodefects.
