As an example of bulk nanostructured materials produced by a combination of MM and SPS, properties of nanostructured pure Al produced by mechanical grinding (MGed) and SPS have been investigated in [8].
The SPSed materials fabricated from 8 h MGed Al powders exhibited compressive proof stresses of 440 MPa at room temperature.

Wang et al. utilized an appropriate CURE algorithm and C4.5 decision tree method to construct a costume requirement forecasting model for costume sales [2].
Based on the PERT and time series models, Wang et al. proposed a method of sales prediction for garment industry in marketing plan.
These factors can be further divided into sub factors: Geographical area (GA), Population (Pop), Land area (LA), Population density (PD), Education level (EL--the number of people with college culture degree), Consumer price index (CPI), Commodity retail price index (CRPI), Urban resident's consuming level (URCL), Rural resident's consuming level (RRCL), Climate zone (CZ), Annual mean temperature (AMT), Average annual rainfall (AAR), Sales networks (SN--the spots of the sales network).

Internal stresses in the base/coating region resulted in severe deterioration of the durability of steel parts, as identified by static or sign-variable fatigue tests.
One of the most dangerous impurities in metals is hydrogen, HA by the steel melting processes causes occurrence of flakes in steel, "hydrogen illness" in Cu, porosity in Al and their alloys etc.
Arkharow et al revealed that an increase in Pd content from 0.03 % up to 0.5 % in steel 40ХН leads to a decrease of the quantity of hydrogen, desorbed from steel at room temperature from 4.7 mL/100 g (without Pd) up to 3.8 mL/100 g at 0.4…0.5 % Pd.

Introduction Since the first effort made by Plevris et al in 1995 [1] to assess the reliability of FRP-strengthened concrete structures, it has been gradually recognized that the application of probabilistic concepts is very essential for developing performance-based design methodology for these structures.
