Introduction
In recent years, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) as the new concrete structure reinforcement material has been widely promoted and applied because of its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, light weight and convenient construction.

Abstract: Because of the incompatible problems in single index weight ambient air quality previously, five pollution factors (PM10, SO2, NO2, CO, TSP) are chose for evaluation parameters, and then adopt the matter-element analysis model based on entropy weight, refer to the national standards of ambient air quality and compared with the traditional evaluation method, to make a comprehensive assessment of Huludao city in Liaoning province.

All the grades of matter-element use Rm express in the following form: (3) 2.3 The determination of distance and dependent function of Classic matter-element model In order to quantitatively describe the material element characteristic, expanding the concept of distance in the real variable function for the distance, the formula is as follows: (4) (5) In the formulas: vi(i=1,2,…,n) is the measured value of the indicators, vij=(aij,bij), vnm=(anm,bnm) is classical field and joint domain respectively.
