In recent years, utilizing biological oxidation process before cyanidation is more and more popular because it’s obvious effect and superiorities such as: low investment, low consumption, simple production process, convenient operation, no pollution, energy resources high efficient utilization[5].Though roasting oxidation and pressure oxidation also favorable for gold leaching, roasting method will produce harmful gas of the environment, and pressure oxidation due to the oxygen equipment and acid autoclave to infrastructure investment is too large, which limits their use[6].This article researched a pretreatment method for a gold flotation concentrate, then recover the gold by cyanide leaching. 2.Materials and Methods The representative ore sample used for this study was obtained from a deposit in southern Sichuan.After ore sample prepared, the medium for bacterium surviving also prepared, the methods are: (NH4)2SO40.15g,KCl0.05g,K2HPO40.10g,MgSO4·7H2O0.5g,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O0.01 g mixed with
