Fig. 1 Fracture site of pitman shaft Fig. 2 Macrofractograph appearance
The material type, fractographic appearance, microstructure and hardness of the steering gear pitman shaft were analyzed in the paper, and causation and mechanism for fracture were detected and determined.
These working procedures were as follows: cutting material → stamp forging →normalizing → machining → carburizing → quenching and tempering → treated with shot penning →refined grinding.
Increasing cutting allowance on the non-carburizing parts is easy and possible, although waste metal materials.

The revolutionary design of diamond dresser is based on the pattern forming of a strong
polycrystalline diamond material that is sintered at ultrahigh pressure (about 6 Gpa) and high
temperature (about 1350
0C).
The groove, however, is shallower than the dressing depth because the pad material springs back due to elastic deformation [7].

Applications and geological problems that can be solved: (1)Direct search for radioactive mineral-rich geological body, such as uranium, thorium ore deposits. (2)Indirect detection of fracture structure, fracture structure belt often have strong natural α, γ-strength. (3)Radiation detection of building materials, interior decoration materials.
2.4 Gravity measurement
Including measuring Δg, gradient measurement, torque measurement. geophysical conditions of application: require obvious difference density during the stratigraphic, geological and rock.

Abstract The objective of this work was to evaluate the performances of A lab-scale innovative sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) to treat domestic wastewater,in which a acryl cylinder (height 200 mm, diameter 70 mm) was equipped and many fiber threads were attached to the surface of the cylinder as the bacteria carrier.
The SBBR system developed in this study is different from the conventional one, i.e., the specific surface area is larger; oxygen partially penetrates the biofilm, generating an oxygen concentration gradient. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Materials Domestic wastewater was used in this study, which was taken from the wastewater well in China University of Geosciences (Beijing).
Application of sequencing batch biofilm reactor technology and its development.Journal of Zhejiang University of Technology, 2006, 34 (2): 213-218 (in Chinese) [4]Y.Y.

The synthesis of nanocrystalline powder was carried out in FRITSCH P5 High energy ball mill using a commercially pure Ti of 99+% powder as the starting material.
The milling was performed using tungsten carbide balls of 10 and 50 mm in diameter and a vial of the same material.
