Abstract.
In the process, positive photoresist lithography and wet etching of TaN, TiW, and Au materials were used in the experiments [4].
Wet etching of TaN, TiW, and Au materials was easily etched using selected enchants in the process.

Introduction
Oil sands is a complex mixture containing sand grains (80 ~ 85%), bitumen (3 ~ 20%), water (3 ~ 5%) and small amount of clay materials (~ 3%), which has been considered as an alternative energy source of conventional petroleum.

Introduction
One of the challenges of modern aerospace engineering is the search for lightweight and strong materials that can withstand the effect of the high temperatures and stresses.
Elastic constants are important parameters of the material response to applied macroscopic stresses.

Abstract: The magnetic chitosan microparticles were prepared by microemulsion method and raid removal of Cd(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ).
Various adsorbents are developed to effectively remove heavy metal ions from waste water, such as nonpolar activated carbon[3], clays [4,5], zeolite[6], and agricultural waste materials as potential adsorbents [7,8].
The proposed adsorbents have the advantages of rapid adsorption rate and separate velocity and would become favorable materials to remove heavy metal in waste water.

As a kind of biological macromolecules in sample preparation and separation technology, it has been widely used in analytical science, life science and other fields.
We can also achieve a removable seal by natural bonding which uses two kinds of materials’ surface affinity interaction.
This processing method is also need to use large special equipment, and the processing materials couldn’t be hard metal.
Chip materials: common plate glass; Sylgard 184 PDMS, prepolymer: crosslinking agent = 10:1 (mass ratio); Yinmai kapton tapes from Suzhou, its thickness is respective 65 and 125 μm; Electrodes’ diameter is 0.4 mm, its material is Au wire.

Source-separated collection, which means that MSW is first classified as several different parts such as composting material (e.g. kitchen waste), recyclable materials (e.g. metal, glass) and so on, is the foundation for integrated MSWM [4].
The new academic achievements could help to improve the overall efficiency of MSWM while using less energy and fewer raw materials at reasonable cost, producing less pollutant and causing less pollution to the environment [8].
Similar to industrial symbiosis, urban symbiosis refers to the use of byproducts (waste) from cities (or urban areas) as alternative raw materials or energy sources for industrial operations [24].
